I've used these for lasagna and roasted veggies and nothing sticks, even the baked cheese edges wipe right off. The three sizes nest together so they don't eat up my whole cabinet, which is a bonus.

I've been using the smallest of the three rectangular dishes for casseroles all week and cleanup has been effortless — nothing sticks. The citron color is brighter in person than I expected, which I actually like.

These three rectangular dishes stack neatly in my cabinet, which I didn't expect from stoneware. The glaze has held up through a few oven-to-table dinners already, no staining on the lighter citron edges.
