The dark blue enamel looks even better in person, and the 4 qt size is perfect for a batch of chili or a whole chicken. Browning meat on the stove then moving it straight to the oven saves me a pan, and cleanup has been way easier than I expected.

I've been using this 4 qt cocotte for braising short ribs and the heat retention is seriously impressive. The enamel interior cleans up way easier than my old bare cast iron, just a quick soak and wipe.
