Kjøp Staub støpejerns mini cocotte

The matte black finish on this little 0.25 qt cocotte looks way more expensive than it cost. I've been using it for single servings of baked eggs and it holds heat beautifully. The cast iron is heavy for its size, which I actually like.

Bought this 0.25 qt size for melting butter and infusing garlic oil, and it's become the little pot I reach for daily. The cast iron holds heat so well that a single clove of garlic perfumes the whole batch.

The matte black finish on this mini dutch oven is gorgeous and the cast iron heats so evenly for single-serve dips. I've been using it for baked eggs and it goes straight from oven to table looking great.
