Kjøp Staub støpejerns dyp kokotte

That black matte interior is a game changer for browning meat, nothing sticks and cleanup takes two minutes. The tall sides mean I can sear then braise without splatter all over the stove. Heavy, but it's earned a permanent spot on my range.

The 5 qt size is perfect for a whole chicken plus potatoes, and the blueberry enamel still looks brand new after a month of weekly use. Heavy, but it holds heat so evenly that I've stopped babysitting the stove.

The blueberry enamel is even prettier in person and the tall sides mean way less oil splatter when I'm searing. Cleanup's been easy too, nothing sticks to that black interior.
