The cast iron holds heat so well that my rice stayed warm through dinner without me reheating it. The peony pink is even prettier in person, and cleanup took maybe two minutes.

The 1.5 qt size is perfect for side dishes or rice for two, and the cast iron heats so evenly that nothing sticks. I’ve already used it three times this week and cleanup is just a quick rinse.

The peony pink color is absolutely gorgeous in person, and I love how evenly this little pot cooks rice every single time. It's heavier than I expected but that cast iron heat retention makes it worth the counter space.
