The 18/10 stainless steel surface has been a breeze to clean—even burnt-on cheese came off with just a soak. It’s my go-to pan for weeknight searing, and the weight feels reassuring without being arm-breaking.

The 3-ply construction heats evenly enough that my omelettes slide out without a fight, and cleanup is just a quick wipe. Sure, it’s heavier than my old nonstick, but that weight feels reassuringly solid. Already ordered a second one for the other burner.

The 18/10 stainless surface seared a steak beautifully without any sticking, and the 3-ply build feels solid yet balanced in hand. Cleanup was quick with just warm water and a sponge, which surprised me for a pan this size.
