The grenadine color is so rich it makes me smile every time I pull it off the shelf, and the 12-inch size handles a full family dinner without crowding. It's heavy, but that's what you want for even searing, and cleanup takes seconds with a quick rinse. Shipping was fast and it arrived with zero dam

Cast iron heats so evenly that my pancakes finally cook the same in the middle as at the edges, and the 12-inch size handles a full batch without crowding. Cleanup is just a quick wipe after it cools, which honestly surprised me for a pan this hefty.
