ซื้อ Staub x Smitten Kitchen - กระทะเหล็กหล่อ Chistera

I keep reaching for this pan even on weeknights because the heavy lid locks in moisture so well that my stews come out tender without babysitting. The dark blue enamel is gorgeous enough that I left it out on the stove instead of hiding it in a cabinet.

The 4-quart size is perfect for braising a whole chicken, and the lid fits so snugly that barely any steam escapes. Cleanup has been a breeze, even after searing at high heat, which surprised me for cast iron.

That dark blue enamel is even prettier in person, and the 4-quart size handles a whole chicken with room to spare. The cast iron heats so evenly that my sauce never scorched on the bottom, which is a first for me.
