I've been using this brie baker almost weekly since it arrived, and the white stoneware is so heavy and well-made that it heats evenly without any hot spots. The lid fits perfectly and keeps the cheese molten for a good while at the table after it comes out of the oven.

The covered brie baker arrived in perfect condition, and the white stoneware finish feels wonderfully smooth to the touch. I love that the lid keeps everything warm during serving, and cleanup in the dishwasher is effortless.

Made my first brie in it last night and the lid fits so snug it didn't leak a drop. The white stoneware cleaned up with just a quick wipe, which surprised me.
