I was skeptical about the weight at first, but the 8.5-inch depth makes it perfect for one-pan dinners. Searing chicken and then finishing it in the oven without switching pans has been a game changer for my weeknights.

The 8.5-inch size is perfect for solo meals, and the deep walls mean I can sear without splattering oil everywhere. The citron enamel is a cheerful pop of color in my kitchen, and it went from stovetop to oven without a fuss. Worth every penny for the heat retention alone.
