Köp Staub gjutjärnssauterpanna med glaslock

The dark blue enamel is even prettier in person, and the glass lid is a nice touch so I can watch my sauce reduce without lifting it. I've used it three times this week and clean-up has been a breeze, which I did not expect from cast iron.

Heavy in the best way — the cast iron holds heat beautifully for searing, and the dark blue enamel looks even better in person than on screen. The glass lid lets me check on dinner without losing steam, and cleanup’s been a breeze so far. Definitely worth the splurge for anyone who cooks a lot.

The glass lid is a nice touch—lets me keep an eye on the sauce without lifting it and losing heat. The 3.5 qt size handles a full batch of braised short ribs perfectly, and the dark blue color has held up great after a month of heavy use.
