Köp Staub gjutjärnspanna med glaslock

The 3.5 qt capacity is perfect for my weeknight curries, and the braiser shape means nothing splatters over the sides. The graphite grey finish looks even better in person, and the glass lid lets me keep an eye on the simmer without lifting it and losing heat.

The glass lid is a nice touch—it lets me check on the braise without lifting it and losing heat. The cast iron holds temperature so steadily that I’ve stopped worrying about hot spots, and the 3.5 qt size is perfect for a weeknight family meal.

I was nervous about the weight of a cast iron pan, but the graphite grey finish is gorgeous and the braiser holds heat so evenly for slow-cooking. The glass lid makes it easy to check on dinner without lifting it and losing steam.
