The grenadine color is even richer in person, and the cast iron heats so evenly that my stir-fry comes out perfect every time. The glass lid is a nice bonus for checking food without losing heat.

The glass lid fits snugly and lets me watch the sauce reduce without lifting it, which I love. The 12-inch size is perfect for stir-frying for the whole family, and the cast iron heats evenly every time.
