Koop ZWILLING BBQ+ snijplank met dienblad

The juice groove channels everything straight into that detachable tray, which is honestly a game-changer when I'm carving a roast and don't want mess on the counter. Bamboo surface is holding up well after a few weeks of heavy use, and the size fits my biggest cutting tasks without feeling cramped.

The bamboo surface is dense and smooth, so my knife glides without leaving deep gouges. I use the tray to carry chopped veggies straight to the grill, and it fits perfectly on the side shelf.

The tray underneath is the best part—I can chop vegetables and just slide everything right into the pan without making a mess. The bamboo surface feels solid and the 15.5-inch size is plenty for a whole brisket. Shipping was quick and it arrived in perfect shape.
