Koop Staub gietijzeren potset

The matte black finish hides fingerprints beautifully, and the lids seat so snugly that even a long braise barely loses any liquid. I've already used it four times this week and the heat distribution is just unreal.

The stackable design is a game-changer for my tiny kitchen cabinets, and it’s so easy to lift the pots off one another without scratching. I’ve used the biggest one for a slow-cooked stew and the heat held beautifully from stovetop to table. Shipping was quick too, which was a nice bonus.

The matte black finish hides fingerprints beautifully, which is huge for me since I cook daily and hate polishing stainless. These pots heat evenly and the lids seal tight, so my stews come out perfect every time.
