Koop Staub steengoed taartschaal

Baked a deep-dish apple pie in this 9-inch dish yesterday and the even heat distribution gave me a perfectly golden crust, no soggy bottom. The dark blue glaze is gorgeous enough to serve straight to the table, and cleanup was just a quick soak.

The dark blue glaze looks even richer in person, and the depth is perfect for a generous fruit pie without any spillover. Cleaned up with just a quick rinse and a soft sponge, no soaking needed. This one's definitely earned a permanent spot in my baking rotation.
