Koop Staub gietijzeren ovenschaal

The oval shape fits perfectly in my oven alongside a sheet pan, and the cast iron heats so evenly that my gratin came out golden across the whole surface. I've used it three times already and the matte black finish still looks brand new, no scrubbing needed.

The matte black finish hides scratches beautifully, which is a huge win for a dish that goes from oven to table. I've used it twice for baked pastas and cleanup is ridiculously easy—nothing sticks, even without much oil.

The matte black finish hides every fingerprint and smudge, which is a lifesaver when I'm moving it from the oven to the table. It's a solid, hefty piece that holds heat beautifully for serving, and the oval shape makes it easy to fit a whole chicken and veggies without crowding.
