Koop Staub Gietijzeren Braadpan

The graphite grey finish looks even better in person, and the 6.5-inch size is perfect for melting butter or warming a single tortilla without taking up cabinet space. I’ve used it every morning for a week and the seasoning just keeps getting slicker.

Barely larger than my hand, but this little pan is a workhorse for single eggs or a quick solo steak. The cast iron heats so evenly that I’ve stopped reaching for my bigger pans entirely. Six and a half inches is perfect for a tiny breakfast.

The graphite grey finish on this little pan is gorgeous — almost like a matte stone when it catches the light. I’ve used it for eggs and small sides daily, and the cast iron heats so evenly that nothing sticks after a quick preheat. Delivery was quick and it arrived well-packed.
