Beli Wajan Besi Cor Staub

The sesame-colored enamel is a gorgeous matte finish that stands out in my kitchen, and the deep 8.5-inch walls mean nothing splatters over the edge when I’m searing. Cleanup is honestly a breeze—just a quick wipe and it’s ready for the next batch.

Took the 8.5-inch deep skillet out for searing chicken thighs last night, and the heat retention is unreal—it stayed ripping hot even after I loaded it up. The sesame finish gives it a nice non-stick feel right out of the box, no seasoning fuss. Shipping was quick too, which was a bonus.

My mom’s cast iron skillet finally gave out, and this deep 8.5-inch one has been a revelation for searing and shallow frying. The sesame finish makes it glide on the stove, and it’s held heat beautifully for a whole week of dinners.
