The blades slide through a medium-rare ribeye like butter, no sawing needed at all. I’ve washed them by hand a few times and the stainless steel still looks flawless, and the wood case keeps everything organized in the drawer.

The knives are remarkably sharp—sliced through a thick ribeye like it was butter—and the stainless steel blades feel solid in hand. The wood case closes snugly and doubles as a nice serving tray on the table.

The wooden presentation case is what sold me, and it looks even better in person than in the photos. Every blade stayed sharp through a whole evening of steaks, and the handles felt solid and comfortable in my hand.
