I was honestly surprised by how evenly these pans heat—no hot spots even on my finicky induction burner. The two-pan set covers all my stovetop needs without cluttering the cabinet. The stainless steel heats evenly and cleans up fast, even after searing chicken that stuck a little at first.

The stainless steel finish on this two-piece fry pan set looks sharp on the stove, and the pans heat evenly without any hot spots. I've only had them a week, but they're already my go-to for searing and they cleaned up easy with a little soak.
