購買 Staub 鑄鐵 - 特殊造型鍋 Cocotte

I bought this in peony pink for Valentine's dinner and it's become my favorite piece of cookware. The cast iron holds heat so well that my braised short ribs came out fork-tender, and the 1.75 qt size is perfect for two people.

The heart shape is adorable but it's a real workhorse too — I've made everything from single-serve soup to a small batch of berry cobbler in this 1.75 qt size. The peony pink enamel is holding up great after several rounds in the oven.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my mom and now I kind of want one for myself. The peony pink enamel is gorgeous in person and the 1.75 qt size is just right for a small loaf of bread or a side of braised short ribs.
