購買 Staub 鑄鐵迷你鍋

The citron color is way brighter in person than I expected, which I love. I use mine for baking single-serve brownies and the cast iron gives the edges such a nice crust.

Bought two of these 0.25 qt minis for melting butter and serving dips, and the cast iron holds heat way longer than my old ceramic ramekins. The little handles make them easy to pull out of the oven too.

I use this little 0.25 qt cocotte for melting butter and baking single-serve brownies, and the cast iron heats so evenly there are no hot spots. The citron color is brighter in person than in the photos, and it's quickly become the piece I reach for most.
