Didn't expect a 2.75 qt to become my most-used pan, but it's perfect for a batch of soup or a small loaf of bread. The cast iron holds heat so evenly that I've stopped babysitting the stove, and cleanup is just a quick soak.

The matte black finish hides stains way better than my old enameled pot, and cleanup is basically a rinse and wipe. Made a batch of no-knead bread in it last night and the crust came out perfectly crackly.
