The matte black enamel finish wipes clean with just a sponge, no scrubbing needed. I use this little round pot for melting butter and making single servings of dip, and it holds heat way better than my old saucepan.

The 0.5 qt size is perfect for a single serving of dip or melting chocolate without dirtying a big pot. The matte black enamel has held up great through the oven and looks nice enough to bring straight to the table.

Bought this mainly for melting butter and blooming spices, and the 0.5 qt size is perfect for that. The matte black enamel cleans up way easier than my old bare cast iron, and it holds heat like a champ on the stove.
