Mua Staub Cast Iron Cocotte

The matte black finish hides stains way better than my old enameled pot, and cleanup is honestly a quick rinse. I've used it for everything from Sunday chili to no-knead bread, and the heat distribution is dead even.

The 9 quart size is perfect for big batches of chili or a whole chicken, and the heat retention on this thing is unreal. I've used it on the stove and in the oven, and cleanup has been way easier than I expected for cast iron.

The matte black finish hides stains way better than my old enameled pot, and cleanup is basically a rinse and wipe. I've done a whole batch of chili for eight people in it and still had room to spare.
