Buy ZWILLING Dragon Wok

The lid fits snugly enough that steam doesn’t escape, and the 12-inch size handles a full family stir-fry without crowding. Seasoning it took a bit of patience, but the carbon steel surface is now slick as glass and I’m genuinely impressed with how evenly it heats.

The 12-inch carbon steel body heats up fast and evenly, and I love that the lid fits snugly while I toss veggies around. My stir-fries come out with that proper wok hei char without sticking at all.
