ซื้อชุดหม้อ Cocotte สโตนแวร์ Staub

Bought these mainly for melting butter and warming sauces, and the mini size is perfect for single portions. The stoneware heats evenly and cleans up with a quick rinse, no scrubbing needed.

The dark blue glaze looks way richer in person than in the photos, and the three mini sizes are perfect for prepping garnishes on taco night. They went straight from the fridge to a 400° oven without a crack, which sold me on stoneware over my old ceramic ramekins.

Bought these for serving individual pot pies and they hold heat way better than my old ramekins. The mini cocottes are the perfect size for a single serving, and cleanup is a breeze since nothing sticks.
