Didn't expect a wok this small to sear so well, but the cast iron holds heat like nothing else I've owned. The graphite grey finish looks great on the table too, and cleanup is just a quick wipe while it's still warm.

The 6.5-inch size is perfect for a single portion of fried rice or a quick side of blistered green beans. Cast iron holds heat so well that everything gets that nice charred edge without steaming. It's heavier than my old nonstick pan, but that's the trade-off I wanted.

I picked this up mainly for single eggs and it's become my go-to pan. The cast iron holds heat so well that two eggs set in seconds without sticking, and the 6.5-inch size is perfect for one person. Cleanup takes a minute since it's heavy, but worth it.
