ซื้อ Staub หม้อเหล็กหล่อหุงข้าว Cocotte

Bought this mainly for rice and it's become my go-to pot for two servings. The 1.5 qt size is perfect for small batches, and the cast iron holds heat so well the rice stays warm through dinner.

The dark blue enamel looks even nicer in person, and the cast iron holds heat so well that my rice stays warm through dinner. It's heavier than I expected for such a small pot, but that's exactly why it cooks so evenly.

The 1.5 qt size is perfect for a single serving of rice or a small side dish, and the cast iron keeps everything hot until I'm ready for seconds. Cleanup was easier than I expected for enameled iron.
