ซื้อ Staub หม้อเหล็กหล่อ Mini cocotte

I use this little 0.25 qt pot for melting butter and warming single servings of sauce, and the cast iron holds heat way longer than my old stainless one. Cleaning it takes a minute since stuff sticks to the enamel, but a quick soak handles it.

The cherry enamel finish is gorgeous and the cast iron holds heat so well that my single-serving dips stay warm through dinner. It's smaller than I pictured, but that's exactly what I wanted for individual pot pies.

Bought this little 0.25 qt cocotte for baking single-serve desserts and it's become my go-to for molten cakes. The cast iron holds heat so evenly that the centers come out perfectly gooey every time.
