ซื้อเตาอบเหล็กหล่อฝรั่งเศส Staub

The 3.75 qt size is perfect for a small family — I made a whole chicken in it and there was still room for veggies around the sides. The cast iron heats so evenly that my stew didn't stick at all, and cleanup took about two minutes.

The white enamel interior makes it so easy to see when onions are properly translucent, which I never got with my old dark pot. Braised short ribs for three hours and everything came out fork-tender with barely any sticking.

The white enamel finish really brightens up my kitchen, and the cast iron distributes heat so evenly that my stews come out perfect every time.
