ซื้อหม้อ Cocotte เหล็กหล่อ Staub

I’ve had this Dutch oven for a month now, and the white truffle color looks gorgeous on my stovetop. The stainless steel knob feels solid and stays cool enough to handle without a mitt. Best purchase for making soups and stews this fall—the 3.5 qt size is surprisingly generous.

The 3.5 qt size is perfect for a batch of soup or a small roast, and it went straight from the stove to the oven without any issue. Cleanup was easier than I expected too, nothing stuck to the enamel.

I've been using this for braising short ribs and the heat retention is seriously impressive — everything comes out fork-tender. The stainless steel knob is a nice upgrade since I can move it straight from the oven to the broiler without swapping anything.
