ซื้อ Staub หม้อเหล็กหล่อ Cocotte

I've been using this for braises and it holds heat so evenly that my short ribs came out fork-tender. The 5.75 quart size is perfect for feeding four with leftovers, and the grenadine color looks great on the table.

The oval shape actually fits a whole chicken with the legs tucked in, which my old round pot never managed. It went straight from the stove into a 425° oven without any issue, and cleanup took maybe two minutes.

I was skeptical about the oval shape, but it fits a whole chicken perfectly and the heat distribution is incredibly even. Cleanup is a breeze too—so happy with this purchase.
