ซื้อหม้ออบเหล็กหล่อ Staub

Bought this little 0.5 qt cocotte for melting butter and warming single servings of soup, and it's become the pan I reach for most. The cast iron holds heat so evenly that nothing scorches on the bottom, and cleanup is just a quick rinse.

The graphite grey finish looks way nicer in person than in the photos, and the black enamel interior means I don't have to baby it. I use this 0.5 qt for single servings of baked oats and it heats so evenly.

The black matte enamel interior is a lifesaver, nothing sticks when I caramelize onions for two. Heats evenly on my gas range and the graphite grey looks sharp enough to bring straight to the table.
