The 2.75-quart round size fits perfectly on my counter, and the graphite grey finish still looks brand new after weeks of heavy use. Cast iron holds heat so evenly that I can set it and forget it.

Simmered a beef stew in this for three hours and the heat spread so evenly there was zero scorching on the bottom. The 2.75 quart size is perfect for two people with leftovers, and cleanup took maybe two minutes.

The graphite grey finish looks great on my stove and the black interior means no staining from tomato sauce. It's heavier than my old pan but heat spreads so evenly that I don't mind.
