I've been using this 4 qt round Dutch oven for braises and it holds heat so evenly that my short ribs came out fork-tender. The black matte interior also hides stains way better than my old white enamel one did.

The graphite grey finish looks even better in person, and the black matte interior means I don't have to baby it like my old white-enameled pot. Browned a chuck roast on the stove and moved it straight to the oven, cleanup took two minutes.

The graphite grey finish looks way better in person than in photos, and the black interior means no staining from my Sunday chili. Heats evenly on my induction cooktop and the lid seals tight enough that I barely lose any moisture.
