The citron color is even prettier in person, and the 4 qt size is perfect for a whole chicken or a big batch of stew. Baked bread in it last weekend and the crust came out incredible, no sticking at all.

I've been using this 4 qt cocotte almost daily since it arrived, and the heat retention is genuinely impressive—soups stay simmering on low with barely any flame. The citron color is brighter in person than the photos, which I love on my stove.

Bought this for braising short ribs and the heat retention is no joke—everything came out fork-tender after two hours in the oven. The 4 quart size is perfect for a family of four with leftovers, and cleanup was way easier than I expected for cast iron.
