The 7 quart size is perfect for big batches of chili or a whole chicken, and cleanup is way easier than my old enamel pot. Heavy, but the heat distribution makes it worth the arm workout.

The black matte interior is a lifesaver, no seasoning needed and it cleans up in seconds. Braised a whole chicken in it and the cast iron held heat so evenly the meat just fell apart.

The 7-quart size is perfect for feeding a crowd, and I love the sesame color since it looks a bit different from the usual red or blue. Cleanup has been surprisingly easy, and the lid fits snugly enough that almost nothing evaporates during a long simmer.
