ซื้อหม้อ Cocotte เหล็กหล่อ Staub

I've been braising short ribs in this 7 qt round oven for three hours and the meat is falling apart while the liquid stayed put. The grenadine enamel is gorgeous enough to bring straight to the table.

The heavy lid really locks in moisture—my stew came out tender without any extra liquid. The 7-quart size easily handled a whole chicken for our Sunday dinner. Cleanup was a breeze too, the enamel surface wiped right down.

That grenadine color is even more gorgeous in person, and the 7-quart size handles a whole chicken plus veggies without a struggle. The lid fits so snugly that my stews barely lose any liquid, and cleanup has been easy so far.
