The peony pink is even prettier in person than in the photos, and it's become the pot I leave out on the stove. Made a big batch of beef stew in it last weekend and the heat distribution was so even that nothing stuck to the bottom.

I've been using this 7 quart size for big Sunday batches of chili and it handles the volume without any scorching on the bottom. The cast iron heats so evenly that I barely have to stir.

That peony pink is even prettier in person, and the 7 qt size handles a whole chicken with room to spare. Cleanup is a breeze since the enamel inside doesn't seem to stain at all.
