The 13-inch surface is a perfect fit for a big family paella night, and the cast iron heats so evenly that the rice cooks without any hot spots. Cleanup was surprisingly easy too, just a quick rinse and wipe.

The cherry finish is gorgeous on the stove, and the 13-inch size gave me plenty of room to crisp up a full batch of rice without crowding. The cast iron heats evenly across the whole surface, so I got a perfect socarrat on the first try. Shipping was quick too, which was a nice bonus.

The cherry color is even richer in person, and the 13-inch size handles a full batch of paella without overcrowding. Arrived quickly and the cast iron heats evenly across the whole surface—my rice came out with a perfect socarrat on the first try.
