This little 6-inch oval is perfect for single-serving sides or a personal baked egg. The matte black finish looks sharp on the table and somehow doesn't show a single scratch after a week of use. Even out of the oven, the cast iron holds heat so well that my food stays warm through the whole meal.

This little 6-inch oval dish is the perfect size for a single serving of mac and cheese or a baked egg. The cast iron heats so evenly that everything comes out perfectly browned on top, and clean-up is a breeze. It's become my go-to for weeknight sides.

The matte black finish is gorgeous and hides fingerprints way better than my old shiny pans. I've been using it for individual gratins and the cast iron heats so evenly that the cheese bubbles perfectly without burning the edges.
