Köp Staub gjutjärn mini cocotte

The dark blue enamel looks even richer in person and the 0.25 qt size is perfect for baking individual pot pies. Cleaned up with just a quick soak after the cheese bubbled over the rim.

Bought this little 0.25 qt cocotte for melting butter and warming single servings of dip, and the cast iron holds heat way better than my old ceramic ramekins. It's tiny, but that's exactly what I wanted for garlic butter and a baked egg.

The dark blue enamel looks gorgeous on my open kitchen shelf, and the 0.25 qt size is perfect for a single serving of baked eggs or a little dip. It heats evenly and cleans up with just a quick rinse.
