Köp Staub traditionell gjutjärnsstekpanna

The matte black finish is gorgeous and hides stains way better than my old shiny pan, which is a huge win for daily cooking. It heats evenly and this is the first cast iron I’ve owned that doesn’t warp or smoke excessively. Shipping was fast, and the pan arrived in perfect condition.

The deep walls on this 11-inch skillet mean I can sear without oil splattering all over the stovetop, which is a huge win for my daily cooking. It's heavy, sure, but the heat distribution is so even that my eggs come out perfect every single time. Definitely my go-to pan now.

The 11-inch size is perfect for searing a whole chicken thigh batch without crowding, and the cast iron holds heat like nothing else I've used. It heats evenly across the whole base, so no more burnt spots on the edges.
