The dark blue enamel looks even better in person, and cleanup has been a breeze — nothing sticks to it. I made a batch of short ribs in here and they came out fall-apart tender with barely any moisture lost.

I've been using this 3.75 qt size for stews and it's the perfect amount for two people with leftovers. The cast iron heats so evenly that I barely have to stir, and cleanup has been easier than I expected.

The dark blue enamel looks even richer in person, and cleanup after braising short ribs was basically a rinse and wipe. Heavier than my old pot, but that weight is exactly why it holds heat so steadily on the stove.
