Köp Staub gjutjärns amerikansk grill

I finally retired my old round pan because the 12-inch square surface fits four burger patties without crowding. The cast iron sears a crust in about two minutes and the grill ridges leave those dark marks I used to only get at restaurants. It's heavy, but that's honestly what I wanted.

The square shape is perfect for getting those nice grill marks on sandwiches, and the 12-inch size fits two steaks easily. Cleanup was surprisingly easy with just water and a brush.

The heat distribution across this square cast iron grill pan is incredibly even—no more hot spots when searing steaks. It's heavy and sturdy, exactly what I wanted for stovetop grilling.
