Compre Prato de Forno em Ferro Fundido Staub

The graphite grey color is so much richer in person, and the size is perfect for two individual pot pies. I've already used it three times this week and the heat distribution is incredibly even, no hot spots at all.

The oval shape fits perfectly in my small oven, and the 6-inch size is just right for a single-serving gratin. Cleanup was a breeze too, the cast iron held heat beautifully and gave the top a nice golden crust.

I was skeptical about the price for such a small dish, but the cast iron heats so evenly and this graphite grey finish looks great straight on the table. I've used it for single-serve casseroles and roasted garlic, and cleanup is a breeze. Worth every penny for how sturdy it feels.
