I've used this 7 qt round Dutch oven for three Sunday pot roasts now and the heat retention is no joke, everything comes out fork tender. The black matte interior also hides stains way better than my old enamel one ever did.

The citron color is way more cheerful in person than I expected, and it's become the pot I leave on the stove just to look at. Cooked a whole chicken in it Sunday and the meat fell apart, plus cleanup took maybe two minutes.

The 7 quart size is perfect for big batches of chili or a whole chicken, and the citron color looks even better on my stove than in the photos. Heat distribution is super even, no scorching on the bottom, and cleanup has been way easier than my old pot.
