Robert J. ★★★★★

The take-apart hinge makes cleaning so much easier than my old one-piece shears — no more gunk stuck in the pivot. I broke down a whole turkey in about five minutes and the blades still felt sharp afterward.

John ★★★★★

I've been spatchcocking chickens every Sunday and these cut through the breastbone like it's nothing. The locking tab keeps them shut in the drawer, which my old pair never did. Cleaning is easy too since they come apart at the hinge.

Robert ★★★★★

The take-apart hinge makes these so much easier to clean than my old one-piece shears — no more chicken bits stuck in the pivot. They went through a whole raw bird and some tough wing joints without any hand strain.
